PEOPLE360 Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe® 

These policies will aid users in determining how PEOPLE360 INC. fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person on this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing laws of the State of Florida. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. 

 

At PEOPLE360, we are committed to delivering high-quality remote staffing solutions that meet your business needs. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.  

 

Service Scope & Onboarding 

Once a service agreement is signed and payment terms are confirmed: 

• A dedicated onboarding specialist will initiate the process within 48 business hours

• You will receive a detailed intake form to define your requirements, desired skills, and preferences. 

• Based on your input, we begin sourcing and matching qualified candidates from our vetted talent pool. 

Talent Matching Timeline 

• Typical candidate recommendations are presented within 5–10 business days from onboarding completion but may take longer depending on the complexity of the position. 

• Rush matching may be available depending on the role and urgency, subject to additional fees. 

Client Review & Selection 

• Clients may review, interview, and request additional profiles if initial matches do not meet expectations (within reason and aligned with the agreed scope). 

• Once a candidate is selected, a formal confirmation is sent, and the engagement begins based on agreed work schedules. 

Start of Service 

Selected talent may begin within 3–5 business days of confirmation unless otherwise specified. 

 

Service Delivery 

At PEOPLE360, we sell remote staffing services and deliver our services to clients through online means pursuant to our clients’ requests. 

We are committed to delivering high-quality services within the agreed-upon timelines. 

 

Replacements & Performance 

• If a candidate is not a good fit within the first 14 days, we offer a free replacement

• Ongoing performance is monitored in coordination with your feedback to ensure continued satisfaction. 

Service Adjustments 

• Changes to hours, roles, or scope of work must be requested in writing at least 5 business days in advance. 

• Adjustments are subject to availability and mutual agreement. 

 

Refund Policy 

We may offer returns in the following conditions:

If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract. 

Exceptions:

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

  •  You received what you ordered but simply changed your mind about the service. 

  •  You were aware or notified of the problems with the service before making the purchase. 

  •  You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it. 

  •  You received the service/product and failed to make a report People360 7 days from the date of the receipt. 

 

The following are to note: Refunds are issued at our discretion, as they may be accepted or rejected. 

 

Return Policy 

At PEOPLE360, we sell remote staffing services. No returns can be made, but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

The following are to note: Once a contract with PEOPLE360 has been signed, cancellations are not permitted. 

 

Project Abandonment 

If, after repeated attempts by PEOPLE360 to begin service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the Services, the Client fails to participate or becomes otherwise unresponsive to PEOPLE360’s requests, and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will, at the option of PEOPLE360, be abandoned, whereupon PEOPLE360 may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero, and the Client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased or as described in the original contract, wherever applicable. 

 

Administrative Fee 

The following are to note: All refunds are subject to 7% administrative fee charges. 

 

Client Responsibilities 

To ensure smooth fulfillment, clients are expected to:  

  •  Provide clear task instructions, feedback, and expectations. 

  •  Maintain communication with their assigned virtual staff and People360 point of contact. 

  •  Adhere to payment schedules to avoid service interruptions. 

 

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or disagreements between clients and People360 contractors, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter through open communication. 

People360 may intervene in the dispute resolution process to facilitate a fair and equitable solution. 

 

Security and Privacy

People360 prioritizes the security and privacy of payment information processed through Stripe. 

All financial transactions are conducted securely through Stripe’s payment gateway, and sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

By using People360 and making payments through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Fulfillment Policy. People360 reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.

How to make a complaint 

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to [email protected] stating your complaints, and we will immediately verify your complaints.
